• Service Level — We do not guarantee any level of service regarding service quality, fulfillment, and reliability, as our services may be disrupted, offline, slow, discontinued, and unavailable to reutilize. We do not provide any feature, quality, and assumed service, unless explicitly written in the service description.
• Refunds — Purchases and subscriptions that are partially (and fully) utilized will not be refunded, due to the nature of service irreversibly exhausting resources upon utilization. Rewards and reward systems such as application variables, virtual coins, and points, are non-refundable as they operate exclusive to service value.
• Pricing — We reserve the right to change prices and service rates at any time without notice, and to provide exclusive offers, rates, and discounts, that may be bound by varying terms and conditions, with the user being solely responsible for reading and agreeing to, the terms and conditions to utilizing each offer.
• Liability — The user shall be solely responsible for the unlawful usage of our services, and we shall not be held liable for any breach, damage, and misuse, caused by user utilization of our services. We do not guarantee the privacy of shared and submitted data, and so you must not share private data, and classified data, through our services.
• Activities — We do not allow the utilization of our services to submit, request, send, and receive any data that contains illegal material under the laws of the United States of America, and we do not allow engagements in illegal activities, spam, and bad faith activities (including but not limited to: psychological operations, and social experiments).
• Third Parties — By using our services, you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of any third-party you interact with through our services or software.
• Termination — We reserve the right to permanently terminate your account and deny you the access to our services, at our sole discretion, without a refund, if we believe you have violated these terms, and if you try to abuse our services.
